If you look at your profile, you will see that SCC is listed under "Intermittent Projects". This is a better reflection of the current state. The research pages don't have any way to flag these. The techs seem to have made a decision to move this one over, even though they say that new work will eventually arrive. They have also said that they are discussing ways to improve users' understanding of the research pages regarding project progress. Basically the situation is "wait and see".
