Dears,
Apologies in advance if this was already posted, but I was unable to find it. Help Stop TB is one of the WCG projects I'm crunching for, but the results do not appear in "My Contribution". The project doesn't even appear in the list. Anyone has a similar problem ? Thanks ! |

Are you sure you have already completed a help stop tb workunit? Only having it selected does not necessarily mean you receive a workunit.
It would also be possible, that workunits wait for validation. Workunits are always computed by two machines and only if a second has also returned the result, your result is counted. In some cases it can take more than a week until then. |

If you go to your Results Status page (https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/ms/viewBoincResults.do) and filter on Device Name: All, Result Status: All and Project Name: Help Stop TB you should get to see the units that are either on your machine at the moment, are waiting for something (like a wingman to complete the same unit) or have validated in the last couple of days -- after that they are removed from the list.
Once a unit is validated, you will see credit for it appear on your My Contribution page (https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/ms/viewMyMemberPage.do) once the next statistics update run is complete. These run just after midday and midnight UTC and take a variable amount of time of up to about 50 minutes. The midnight run takes longer and the WCG web pages (not this forum) will be locked during this time (you will see a message that the statistics are running). Nothing appears on the My Contribution page for a particular project until you receive some credit for it. Hope that helps. |

----------------------------------------Yes, I already have completed several workunits. But I'll give it some time. Thanks for your help ! There's no time necessary. Once a work unit is validated, credit shows up after the next stats refresh, which happens at noon UTC and midnight UTC. If you've completed HSTB work units and they've validated (meaning, Quorum = 2 and Replication = 2), then there is a problem with WCG, and I would be interested in finding out what's wrong. Is it a safe assumption that the WUs you've completed have already been completed by your wingman? If so, then we need to have WCG techs look into this.

You can check the situation with your units by clicking on "Results Status" down the left-hand side of the page. Then select HSTB in the drop-down box at the top. All recent HSTB units should appear there. They will not appear on your "My Contribution" page until they are listed as "Valid" in your Results pages.
By clicking on the actual WU in the results, you will see the wingman status for Pending units. Please bear in mind that the wingman has 10 days to return the unit like you did and he may have a few more days left of his 10 days. Mike |

Mike One thing that I have noticed the HSTB crunchers are pouncing on these WU. I had 4 WU I completed on 2/8 get validated the same day. Heck I was the slow poke, two wingmen each completed them (T350s & T300s) within 12 hrs after they were sent. ![]() ![]() [Edit 1 times, last edit by dcs1955 at Feb 11, 2019 1:53:04 AM] |

I do not think you see credits until you have completed 14 work units (or some such number).

Jean-David,
You're thinking of badges: you receive a bronze badge after 14 days of run-time credit. But, even if you have no badge for a project, it will still show up on your "My Contribution" page as soon as you have any credit for it (though it may be less obvious if it is amongst a lot of projects for which you do have a badge). |

You are right. I have not started any new projects lately and did confuse badges and credits. ![]() |
