The logic for that is that it displays the badge you are closet to earning for projects that are "active".

I checked my emails and noticed that I've been repeatedly told that I'm 9 days away from my silver badge for TB since at least June so I can see the same issue that you are reporting.

I'll bring it up for discussion about what steps we should take to provide more interesting content in that box.

Except now I'm getting messages saying 'we haven't seen you in awhile please come back', the problem is you STILL don't have many TB workunits and that's the badge I'm trying to get. Yes I personally have 2 accounts here, long story but it was a mistake on my part when I first started, but BOTH accounts have badges for everything except the Beta and TB workunits that are at least at the 1 year mark. When I look at the slider bar under the TB Project it says you expected to be done in March of 2016, today it's at 87%, that's a HUGE miscalculation and with the lack of workunits it will be more than 4 years off this coming Friday!!! You have people with more than 100 years of crunching time in multiple Projects, isn't it time to finish up some of the older Projects and bring some newer ones online to generate interest again?
