transient HTTP error since about 21:00 UTC (cleared)

Since about 21:00 UTC I am getting repeated transient HTTP errors on uploads.
Also HTTP service unavailable on downloads.

Edit: some uploads completed around 21:25 but downloads still failing as above.

Edit2: now cleared, uploads and downloads OK.
