No, of course I'm thinking about a second machine assigned to the same, single BOINC/WCG account. It is absolutely normal and foreseen by the project and the software to have more than one machine attached to the same account and crunching for the same user.
To create a new, separate profile on computer2 make sure that your current profile, with WCG and climate prediction, is happily working and crunching on computer1, with workunits correctly crunched and returned.
Them, we need another computer (let's call it computer3) with Internet access, different than computer1. It is just to make sure that WCG server will properly recognize that your are trying to attach a totally new device and not e.g. reinstalling BOINC software on old, good computer1, because in the latter situation you will get again the same, old deviceID assigned to computer1 and the problem will persist.
On computer3 install WCG software from the scratch. It will ask you for your WCG username and password. After that a new, separate deviceID will be created on your WCG account and assigned to computer3, workunits will be downloaded and voila, you have a new, fresh device profile, with uniquie deviceID, ready to be transported to computer2. Shut down BOINC on computer3, move the data folder to computer2 and immediately remove BOINC and the data folder from computer3, to avoid situation that the same profile is used on computer2 and computer3.

Now I am 2 entries with the same local machine name, first one for computer 1 and the second one for computer 2 (downloaded & installed on computer 3)
