just a Q i wana know , because i have a ryzen 1500X mobo and 1 stick of memory only just 4 gig. |

From what I've read, MIP eats a lot of L3 cache. Your CPU has 16Mb, so I would suggest that you run no more than 3 concurrently, then choose another project for the other 5 threads. On my own box I only ran a max of 2 at once, but I'm on SCC at the mo.

I run several 16-thread crunchers with Ubuntu Server with 4 GB RAM. Most of the time less than half of the RAM is used. So yes, this should work.
What Apis said is also true, but that was not exactly your question. |

I run 2 24 thread servers with 4gb of ram with Linux Mint. They are currently running SCC bu have run Zika in the past.
