however like the guys say the fan inside the computer may be dirty..
I have an AMD desktop and my fan is huge :L (i have an arctic cooler) & cooler master
When the ceramic compound leaches out from under it .. does not work so well ! haha

Anyway like the chaps say a laptop cooler is available; One such as ...

There are solutions:
1. turn OFF the laptop & blow air in vents...it will get some of the dust outside...
Why OFF? 'cause some laptops use data from fans & as soon as you over spin your fan, the laptop will go in ERROR mode.
2. use Tthrottle tool for monitoring temps on your laptop: https://efmer.com/download-tthrottle/
