I've been running only WCG for several days, steady-state, asking for work from MIP and SCC (and only those). My four hosts have all the same client settings and use the same device profile. However, I get far more work from MIP than SCC, with each host having 10-20 times as many MIP tasks in queue than SCC. Earlier, I had no problem keeping my caches full of only SCC, so it doesn't sound like there's a shortage of SCC work.
Is this a deliberate effort by WCG to prioritize one sub-project over another? If so, is there a discussion anywhere that lays out what the priorities are? I don't really care -- I'm just curious. Cheers, MarkR |

You can roughly figure out the priority of each project by looking at the individual projects percentage of the total work units done each day. I think Uplinger has posted about this a while back, but I don't recall exactly when. Cheers
