----------------------------------------I wish you could have enjoyed one! It is going to be quite warm here today. It is already 22 Celcius and it is supposed to get to about 27 this afternoon. Our normal high about this time of year is around 18, so we are enjoying the additional warm days! I don't know if you saw that I am stepping up my production of homebrew. I received a shipment of equipment and ingredients yesterday and I now will be able to have two batches in primary fermentation at a time which means that I can double my output. I am really only doing this so that I can brew a bit faster to allow me to get ahead so that I can let some beer age a bit more. From what I read, letting it age 4 weeks instead of the 2 that I am now doing will let the hops flavoring reach its best. In addition to the equipment, I now have ingredients for the next 8 batches of beer (the next 40 gallons), so that should keep me happy (in more ways than one) for a while -- LOL. By the way, I read that that cruise ship that was attacked by pirates off the coast of Somalia headed for safe harbor in your Seychelles. I am afraid that our solid hold on position #5 (and sometimes #4) in the daily statistics may be coming to an end Hi Dave even with the big corporations coming along I still believe we can make that No1 spot. There's nothing to stop us being No1 just think back to the response to Graham's BBC Website News Story. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/sci/tech/4270241.stm Just wait and see what we have planned for the website it really will be the place to be not only on the WCG  11 months ago we could never have imagined finding ourselves in the No3 spot in the world behind /. and the mighty IBM Corporation themselves.
