And now we've dropped to batch 5318.
Every time I try to guess how the OET feeder behaves, I'm proven wrong. It's not sequential; it's not in reverse; it's not two alternating pools of batches (5300+ & 5350+) moving forward in turn. And the batches don't appear to be moving forward in increasing order of complexity anymore. |

Well, running into June would be fine with me, after getting the 50y Diamond on MCM, I just switched over to OET and 4 calendar months would be just enough to get me the 26y that I would need to get the 50y Diamond for OET (have been averaging about 75-80 days of runtime per calendar day running MCM (and HST
) as well as accepting Beta runs )Ralf |

Today I got work units from batches 5379, 5380, 5378, 5424, 5417, and 5386, all in the same work unit request (fetch?), all on the same computer.
None are resends... Would any tech or project scientist explain the pattern here? |

Dayle,
We build multiple batches in parallel across multiple machines. So the individual workunits for multiple batches are indexed interlaced and not sequentially. Workunits are then loaded based on the time they were indexed so they remain interlaced. Thanks, armstrdj |

I see that the end date has now been removed from the research overview page. I presume that is because, based on the start date and % completed, the forecast would now be over 6 months away (18 October 2018).

Did more work come in on this project? I notice it now shows 67% complete and and estimated end date is not showing. Earlier, the percent complete was much higher and I think the project was estimated to be complete in June 2018.

Earlier, the percent complete was much higher and I think the project was estimated to be complete in June 2018. The last series of batches are in progress, but as the runtime of those latest WUs has significantly increased, this has the effect of pushing the estimated completion percentage down and the estimated completion date back by a few months...Ralf |

Almost every WU I receive is for someone who errored out. Are there that many errors, and are they delaying the completion date? BTW, I can only run 2 WUs at a time to hold my CPU to a reasonable temperature.

Not seeing that here. I had to go 6 pages into my results before I found a repair unit.
