Project Work Done during 24 hr period relation to daily contribution
I have a question concerning the work done displayed on the project detailed view. Previously I noticed that the change in work done during the course of the day was close to the points awarded for the day. Lately, the delta work done is over 40000 points greater than what I was awarded. BTW I know WCG points = 7*Boinc points.

What is going on, or is my thought process in error?

Put your thoughts to paper, as I find them hard to read. (Mine tally 100%, square, in accounting terms, 3-way match).

It is possible a large batch of pending validation or verification work units got validated. This may cause some blips in your daily totals.

If there are negative deltas, then with lagging PV, (was there a project selection switch for instance or a bad result that kicked PVer in?), there will also be positive ones, or? "Lately", infers a multiple, consecutive days event.
