Hi,
My name is Riley Halsey, I am a college student (Bilborough College) and I am working on an AS level qualification called the EPQ. This is a project designed to prepare us for University via working on an "artifact" or dissertation. I am doing the former. My question is, could I get any sources from the team directly to quote helping explain the project in more detail. Icluding how the project works via the BOINC launcher, also how it helps identify the markers and any progress that has been made. My projects title is The Comparison between a "Beefy" and "Budget" PC when researching the Mapping Cancer Markers. So I am building a budget PC, and comparing 90 days worth of work load, and finding out average points produced per time interval eg Point per second/day/minute. However I need more academic sources and direct quotes to help explain the project. Anything would be appreciated!! Please email me via BIL0060221@Bilborough.ac.uk Thanks :) |

Hi Riley, I looked at my Results page and filtered for MCM & Valid and got 23 pages of results. It's a shame I can't export the data to a csv file. I could take 23 screenshots. I also have a xls listing all PCs.
----------------------------------------On My Contributions there's an entry called "Avg. Points Per Hour of Run Time 139.27." Can't find out how this is calculated so I started a thread but have not gotten an answer yet. I am curious why mine is so low compared to my Gridcoin team "Avg. Points Per Hour of Run Time 170.82." Maybe I'm the runt of the litter. ![]() ![]() |

I looked at my Results page and filtered for MCM & Valid and got 23 pages of results. It's a shame I can't export the data to a csv file. If you're running Linux you could use my 'wcgresults'-script and download all results using:$ wcgresults -df /tmp/WCG.resultsThe columns of each line of output will be tab-separated. Example (line will probably not show as one line): scc1 51.83677075659782 11.08675 11.382206580833333 0 68.1851559039944 3465409 android_xxxxxxxx 1514808416 426114667 2010743539 SCC1_0001611_Lin-CSD-A_7684_0 1 2017-12-31T15:15:58 2018-01-09T23:50:56 2017-12-30T23:50:56 5 1 0The Valid Results are the lines that have value '1' in the second to last column. (The columns are: AppName, ClaimedCredit, CpuTime, ElapsedTime, ExitStatus, GrantedCredit, DeviceId, DeviceName, ModTime, WorkunitId, ResultId, Name, Outcome, ReceivedTime, ReportDeadline, SentTime, ServerState, ValidateState, FileDeleteState) [Edit 1 times, last edit by adriverhoef at Jan 2, 2018 12:38:51 PM] |
