I've some wu errors on my windows 10 machines.
One example: <message> WU download error: couldn't get input files: <file_xfer_error> <file_name>mip1.MIP1_00002554.1</file_name> <error_code>-119 (md5 checksum failed for file)</error_code> <error_message>MD5 check failed</error_message> |

I've some wu errors on my windows 10 machines. Can't say if this happened on any other host crunching for me, as most of them are remote and I can't check right now... Ralf PS: Just got a MIP WU from a different batch on this machine after forcing the report of a finished FAH shortie and that one downloaded just fine... I got the same download error multiple times. During one of the backing off period for the file I downloaded the file manually from the following location: https://download.worldcommunitygrid.org/boinc/download/1d3/mip1.MIP1_00002554.1
Copied it into the BOINC folder and after the following download attempt the file was accepted: 05-Sep-2017 19:07:46 [World Community Grid] File mip1.MIP1_00002554.1 exists already, skipping download The invalid file is somewhat smaller and the content is completely different. Therefore the BONIC Client got a different file and the big question is why? |
