Where is the project quota setting? I want to change it but can't find it!

"Guessing" what you mean, where WCG is to BOINC 1 project, the buffer size has 2 controls, a minimum and an additional. Latter will only be backfilled when the minimum buffer 'quota', measured in computing time per active thread, has been reached.
The backfill has it's limits... there will only be new work requested until the buffer total goes below the minimum again. E.g. you can set 1 day minimum and 5 days additional, but WCG only gives a limited number of workunits per fetch request. If that call limit was hit, work fetching stops again, whether the computing time of those WU is 6 hours or 5 days worth. Both the minimum and additional can be set at client level in computing preferences and on the website device profiles, where you have to hit the 'Custom' radio button to get all options beyond the presets. |

More guessing, Resource Share or Project Weight (as it's called at WCG), found under the same Custom area of the device profiles is a relative value by which over a longer period of time the total computing time can be divided, if more than 1 project is attached to the BOINC client. Default value 100, meaning if you have 2 projects with default value attached each over a longer period will get approximate 50% of the volunteered computing time.

Project weight sounds like what I am trying to find. A number of things here are called different names or not done in the same way as normal BOINC projects. That said, I've seen a couple of newer BOINC projects have started calling things differently also. Used to be easy when all used basically a copy of Davids, (et al), originals.
