Sweet, 75k points. I have this poor IBM laptop that takes 3 days to complete 1 WU.
 My Voodoo PC just got watercooled, as did my Antec 3000+ rig. However, the Antec rig did not benefit much at all. It's louder, doesn't OC any more, it's just a little cooler... The Corsair Cool kit that I put on my Voodoo kicks butt though!We could definitely use more team members. Only 8 members here and still climbing against other teams. More volunteers! |

Thanks, EvoDude! You, like others, represent the true spirit of crunchers at various DC projects like this one; very kind posts and encouragement.
---------------------------------------- We all know why we are all here; to do (hopefully) great deeds fighting all these insiduous diseases using our PC's. I just wish I could clone 4inez, 57CHEVY, Chowbow, yorkyboyuk2001 and others who have generously crunched for our small Team. I hope we can get more great volunteers to join us, and I hope your Team can do the same.  |

My APC UPS just now beeped and shows a red light.
----------------------------------------My APC (American Power Conversion) UPS uninterruptible power supply just beeped and now shows a red L.E.D. Been through this before. Time to get a "hot swap". Arghh! Should be back online really soon. I will simply try to "power down" for an hour to see it that will work.  |

I do have the Monster Cable MP PC800 HP Computer PowerCenter PC800, Clean Power & Surge Protection power strip.

Ehhh, might as well play it safe and give my PC 5 or 6 hours of rest. Since coming here, I have never run my biz PC 24/7. Been doing it to try to keep up with my Team Mates here the last three weeks. Arrgh ... am so close to 50k. G'nite, all. /now finally powers down for a few hours Back up at 7:30am and all looks ok. Hi Johnny Hope all is well with you and your machines Thanks, VAIO GRX616. I only have one PC running despite what it says under my installed devices. Still need to get my backup PC upgraded (PSU, HSF, memory, etc). I ordered an inexpensive APC UPC just in case today. I will order the better APC Back-USP Pro in the next few days. Geez ... A refresh is now underway. My present work unit is 95% done after 8 hours and 39 minutes. I guess it won't show until the next refresh tomorrow.
