Hello community,
----------------------------------------I'm new to WCG; but not new to DC projects overall (rather active over at F@H). Beside the computing itself I'm "fanatic" on visualization and mobile programming. For F@H I have my own protein viewer in OpenGL on iOS running; now that I started a bit more with WCG I think about adding that to my tool. I see a number of files like -rw-r--r-- 1 boinc boinc 4304 Apr 22 01:53 e7242e9cc9401e50afb95681348226d9.pdbqt I found on the net the format description for pdbqt files; rather straightforward; but struggle to understand how the files are linked to each other (if at all) E.g. the scc1.Bct-E.pdbqt file describe the full protein ; but what are the smaller pdbqt files for ? Any naming conventions ? Any hint for further readup or advice would be much appretiated.
Active with WCG, GPUGrid, F@H

(AutoDock) AD VINA, which is the science engine, is open source, i.e. the meaning is likely found there.
