This has been happening quite recently over the last few months. Whenever I get a notification for a notice in the notices button, I am redirected to Safari. And Safari just opens a blank page with "https://" instead of an actual notices page. BOINC should be sending their notices natively in the app itself. Has anyone noticed this behavior yet?

I have 7.6.33 on my macOS Sierra host and that doesn't happen there... :?
