Looking back through the forums there has been much debate about Mac OSX WUs erroring out, being temporarily suspended and overall not being available.
----------------------------------------Is it possible that an Admin or other person 'in the know' issues a statement to say if there will ever or never be any more WUs for HSTB for the OSX platform. It is very frustrating to receive WCG news which keeps on telling me that I have 135 days of crunching to get my emerald badge when I have been stuck on ruby for more than 6 months.

None of the projects give accurate credit for OSX- Mac’s are not given accurate credit based on my experience

Rod,
At this moment, we are not going to be releasing a Mac version for HSTB. This is due to a few factors, but having the application run reliably is something we strive for. With a minimal amount of work for HSTB at any given time, we are not currently working towards getting the Mac version running. This is not to say that we will never get back to it, but at the moment, do not expect it to be released for HSTB. Cedrikson, Mac is given credit in the same manner as all of the projects. There is no difference between how credit is given between operating system. Thanks, -Uplinger |
