Hi, I have been using World-community Grid on my laptop for about 6 months now.
Recently, I downloaded it onto my phone, and my family member's laptop. I did not create an account for the other devices. Instead, I just logged in to their devices using my account info. I checked the progress of all the different devices and none are showing up! What is going on here? Can one account allow multiple devices to each receive different tasks? |

Can one account allow multiple devices to each receive different tasks? Short answer - Yes. Your user profile shows you have connected 5 separate devices, not all of which may be current. Cheers

Yes, you can have multiple devices on one account wecandoit.
----------------------------------------The Device Statistics page does not work correctly. Although the word between the 2 menu selections says "OR", it seems to act as an "AND". Set them both to "anytime (all devices)" and your new devices should show up. Cheers ![]() ![]() |

Also remember if you recently registered the devices, they may not have returned any workunits yet. I would give it a day or so and you should start seeing results being returned. Some may show pending verification status since they are new and will need to be verified as reliable workers.
