The nearest time-frame they, plural, went obstinate was between 12:23:22 and 12:23:31 UTC

Since about 12:18 UTC (4 hours ago) I'm not seeing any Results getting Valid anymore, they all end up in Pending Validation.
I was relieved to finish one of the last BETAs in this series that I pleasantly received yesterday and to return it 1½ hour ago, but it is still pending getting validated.

There was a stuck file on the database that kept the transitioner from operating properly. I cleared it and everything appears caught up. It was over 400k results behind when i looked and took little time to complete.
