Hi,
over the weekend I installed after two years of inactivity a new device (debian headless/boinc 7). It started and completed some tasks and since I selected other projects I'm not getting any new work (multiple projects and opt in selected). Installed another three clients on various machines. All receive and complete one (although 2 cores available) initial task and then no further work. I even tested without any firewall in between. On one device I pressed the button "do not receive more tasks" prior de-install. On a Windows 10 machine I can see after reboot the following message: "World Community Grid: Notice from Boinc. Your current settings do not allow tasks from this project. To fix this, you can change Project Preference on the project's web site." A search on the internet and in the forum didn't provide any useful. I'm getting the impression that something is wrong in my account settings which I can not change through the front-end. Thanks for any ideas. Thomas |

Click Settings, then Device Manager. Choose the correct Device Profile and make sure Allow research to run on my CPU is set to Yes, then click Save at the bottom of the page.
