Monday, 23 January 2017 : 17.5 millions docking experiments are completed, out of 629 millions (~2.78%).

They updated now to:
Monday, 23 January 2017 : 33,714,602 docking experiments are completed, out of 621,795,460 (~5.42%).
Since this is the 54th day since they restarted, a little simple math shows it will take about 1000 days to complete all their units, at leadt at the present pace.
Cheers

Re: FAAH website information update ?

The calculation is not from the 'alternate facts' ;-) sheet:

Starting batch: 1000012
Just computed: 1000979 (last received 1000993)
Total batches: 1000012:1006301 = 6300
Percent completed in the field: (0979-0011) / (6300) = ~15.%

(The batches seem to come out in fairly serial order)

Re: FAAH website information update ?

PS, the 'real facts' sheet speaks of even sized batches with 100,000 in them

"Each batches represents a set of 100,000 docking experiments (1 ligand vs 1 pocket in 1 target)"

but don't know what the Rigid v short ratio is.

(English is not my native tongue ;0)

OK, if that is so, that would make the calculation for time to completion (of available batches) to be about a year.

Re: FAAH website information update ?

Who does not suffer from the occasional wishful thinking and best intentions declaration?... well, I'm thoroughly overlooking it of course at http://fightaidsathome.scripps.edu/Capsid/index.html# so base progress on my own intel... 1003700 just computed, last 'known' 1006301, the reboot section has been 58.9% computed. When at the average pace it's done?... not 2026 tongue

(pretty please, this is not an invitation to inundate this thread with hourly/daily reports of a higher batch numbers you have, just a snapshot moment in time to get the bearings, yes with ea ;o)
