I am getting some beta files that will not download which then stops the client from downloading any other tasks. I aborted the files which then aborted the 11 beta tasks I had in queue. I had these same files stuck in queue a few days ago. they came back a second time. I disabled beta for a few days, enabled again. This time when I aborted the files I had tasks waiting and they aborted.

FWIW, Panda Security Gold Version 16.02 keeps giving false positives stating these tasks are infected with a virus. No other issues from others computers with different antivirus applications.

Currently running a rigid beta WU - BETA_ FAHV_ 1000010_ 4xfx_ P4_ Rigid_ 1216_ 1-- . The average for each task in the WU so far is about 19 minutes and with 46 tasks it will take between 14 to 15 hours.
Much longer than the other rigid WU (BETA_ FAHV_ 1000007_ 4xfx_ P3_ Rigid_ 0399_ 0-- ) which had 41 tasks and finished in under 3 hours. It seems to have survived a restart and resumed the next task without any problems that I can see though. |

Currently running the following 3 work units on device android_2b2cabda:
----------------------------------------BETA_FAHV_1000010_4xfx_P4_Rigid_0408_2 BETA_FAHV_1000009_4xfx_P4_Rigid_1043_1 BETA_FAHV_1000009_4xfx_P4_Rigid_1062_1 All are running at just under 1%/hr and therefore cannot make a 96hr (4day) deadline. Hopefully this is just an example of the TTC estimate being way off. Do any others have examples of Rigid tasks completed on Android? I would hate to have to abort these. Perhaps only the shorter "flexi" type tasks should be sent to Andriod devices. For now I'll let them run and hope for the best....  |

We will be using the information we get back from this alpha to help size the workunits going forward. Currently the ones marked Rigid are running quite a bit longer than the others. We will be taking this into account when generating batches going forward. Thanks, -Uplinger |

Thanks, Uplinger. I'll let them run to completion/timeout. A little lost credit and run time is no big deal if it helps the project in the long run.

Many of the flexible tasks ran much quicker than advertised. Rigid tasks ran much, much longer than advertised. I still have 3 that are only reporting 33% complete after 18 hours.

So far most of my WU's have done well. Three have come back as errors with an "exceeded elapsed time limit" error though.

I still have 3 that are only reporting 33% complete after 18 hours. 12 hours later and the remaining time on those 3 tasks has gone down by an hour. The upside is that I will be a few days closer to ruby level after this. Cheers |
