Ghost Device

Hallo, some days ago, appeared a ghost device in my device list. Can someone remove it again?

You're not the first to see these show up. Have seen these 'Never' appear at the bottom of the list for a week or so. Assume these were always there, but given they've not returned a result were suppressed, until now.

Suggest you visit the device manager and set both filters to 'anytime' then hit refresh to check when that UD device was created... 9-10 years ago! As said, it never returned a result which is why the device statistics listing, at least in past, did not show these.

Hello,

The behavior on the Device Statistics page was recently changed.

Now, the behavior is that the page will show devices that qualify from either of the two criteria on that page. If you choose "Installed/Registered Device" - 7 days, then it will show any device that you connected in the past 7 days. If you also select "With Result(s) Returned" - 14 days, then it will show also show devices that returned a result in the past 14 days.

If you select "Installed/Registered" - anytime, then it will show all devices ever connected to your account (even if they didn't return a result). In this case, the "With Results(s) Returned" won't change the results because all devices are already shown.

If you select "Installed/Registered" - 7 days and "With Results(s) Returned" - anytime, then you will see all devices that ever returned a result along with all devices that have been installed in the past 7 days.
