From the OP and mentioning WCG version 7.2.47 I surmise you're on Windows. It being an exclusive cruncher, under Linux your 2 hour Ebola and Zika tasks take half or less time. Just collected some refresher data, W10 takes them about 2:20 runtime and in dual boot under Ubuntu 16:04 with 4.7.3 kernel 1:06, 99.9% efficiency, i. e. only 0.1% is used by OS operations.

I am creating the USB as we speak lol.
----------------------------------------Thanks for the tip, Hopefully I can recreate those same results! Edit 2: Ubuntu Desktop 16.04 is working great! I'm kinda mad at how well its actually working under linux lol. HT is back on and all work units are chugging along. I'll report back in a bit with their actual results but so far it appears much faster. [Edit 2 times, last edit by Marty@MM at Sep 14, 2016 8:39:17 PM] |

Thanks again for the tip! These results are from running ZIKA 24/7 I'm now going to start running all projects now that I know the pc is working properly.
