autodock/autodock vina are open source but I don't know if there are any changes for the wcg application.

@Stiwi,
autodock, Vina, etc. are only the tools/engines used for implementing the science.
The science part is close source, for good reasons as previously explained.

ok I didn't know how it works, I thought most of the time would spend in the open source code and if it could be optimized, there would be a performance boost.
