The batch process that posts the stat's runs (or completes) daily at ~ 06:00 GMT. As with any new launch, there have probably been some problems. I doubt if any uploads have been lost. But as to when the restults are posted ... result may vary <G> I would give it some more time.

I second Dataman's idea. The first update at 06:00 GMT after I returned 2 results showed everything correctly. However, today's update (11/19/2004) only reported one additional result, even though I had returned a second result at about 22:00 GMT (5 PM Eastern Standard Tribe) on 11/18/2004. So not all results returned the day before get counted in the statistics generated at 06:00 GMT. I suspect this is just a database issue with a wildly growing list of clients. IBM has a good rep in this field, so I doubt that any results are actually lost. We ought to give the systems people some time to deal with the problems that are undoubtedly cropping up. Anyway, weekend is here and the system datamongers can look forward to a busy week starting Monday. Cheers!!

My results have been uploaded for almost 24hrs already and it's already pass 6 GMT, but its still not showing up on the website..

Great!! The 11/20/2004 statistics update now includes the second result I returned around 22:00 GMT on 11/18/2004. I do not know why it was not included in the 11/19/2004 statistics update at 06:00 GMT, but this means that we just need some patience. Apparently we have to be prepared to wait 2 days after a result is returned before it is safe to assume it is recorded in the statistics update.
