@techs,
The stats always seem to say they're cut off at 00:06:02 and 12:06:02, but actually the under the hood is flexible. In the last week I've taken to cut the SpillTime variable from 6:10 minutes to 6:08 to 6:07, to 6:08 and now I've got a case of 6:11 [can't remember having seen it stretched that far before]. The effect was a 24 hour running HST result with that ModTime got included in the spill-over stats of last night, my hunting tool showing this one as difference (shortfall), and the noon-stats showing this one as overage (too much)... because it was already counted in the cumulative as at 00:06:02. Yes I know what time segment to look when having a difference, but it would be a whole lot easier if the moving target could be locked down to a harder cut-off.
