OpenZika - Crunching Chart

And here is the graph in the familiar layout. We definitely have one of the best artwork design pieces ever [fair use] ripped for a performance chart, courtesy of the PI's blog post of Sean Ekins, where the source was uncovered :D. Shortlink https://bit.ly/WCGZIKA. A daily QuickLook across all projects is found at https://bit.ly/WCGQLK1

The broadest standard assumption it is for now, 2 years to complete and sucker-punch the results into a paper. Absent an end-batch indicator just showing the last number seen passing through the clients.

Re: OpenZika - Crunching Chart

Full day one we had 32K results validated and as of 5:19AM the front page slide said 34922 more had returned https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/stat/viewProject.do?projectShortName=zika

The flow is going,we go with the flow!

PS The dashboard has been populated and a custom badge created...found no WCG picture that fitted the bill. Various other 'global' charts have Zika added to the tables...the graphing will start showingv azs data ac accumulates.

At the moment, the chart title says Help Stop TB, but we know what you mean :)

As always, thank you for the wonderful charts. They're very useful for fulfilling random curiosities.

Re: OpenZika - Crunching Chart

A couple of the cells on the dashboard have not been changed after copy from hst:

Detail line heading shows HST.
Application version shows 7.16 / 7.14

12 month history lines also appear to be HST:

Thanks for the charts, most useful.

Paul.

Re: OpenZika - Crunching Chart

Thanks for the observations, where HST. actually show as HST1. Duly corrected. :D

Some items wont automatically switch to the proper project data when copying the previous configuration [the last project setup, as latest greatest] is always the template to a new project. Most do adapt by either using the moniker or an internal ID which is 36 for ZIKA as offset to the database/tables. The last few N/A will now show as numbers... some require a minimum of 3 data points.

http://bit.ly/WCGSHR1 was the last chart to get updated to show the red red sphere, now hovering over the HST dark star, but not for long... this one will spin much faster towards right top [if project/techs allow].

Crunch On.

P.S, the platforms line was changed to WLMA... there's Android too for this science. :O)

Re: OpenZika - Crunching Chart

4 data points and Microsoft Excel is already able to squeeze in a polynomial appearance to the results and credit curves. :)))))

Per the front page we could be having 200,000 result returns today... by the number of validations this morning it could swing between 150 and 160 thousand. Great start and few complaints, on the results themselves :o)

(Think all other charting and dashboard issues that were noted have been fixed, so refresh your cache [Ctrl+F5] if you want to see the updated glossies).

Re: OpenZika - Crunching Chart

First 12 hour session with over 100,000 validations, but returns is still outperforming this number... 112,000 or so were returned at the Mid UTC day.

Crunch On.
