We have disabled some of the processes around the FAH2 trickle message handler. We have also disabled some assimilators.

I have enabled FAH2 trickle message handler and some of the assimilators. Currently only FAH2 validators are off, this is to let the trickle handler to catch up.

One outage completed, I imagine we will have 3 more outages like the last one. It will put everything out for about 10 minutes each one it appears.

Second outage is complete, I was able to combine two of them at the same time. I expect 1 more outage in about 30 minutes.

File uploads are disabled at the moment, as well as validators/assimilators/trickle handlers.

We have completed all of the tasks on the BOINC side of the maintenance window. I am going to start enabling everything like validators, etc... We may have one more outage to the website only in about 10 minutes.
