Where there are lowliers, there could be upliers, but these most often stay silent and count their beans :O). Anyway, the noon stats shows hardly any further slipping... 5 day project average is 23.6/hr and morning mean is 23.20/hr.
Just curious, is this a platform bound distribution? [think it is as seeing "committed to other platforms" at times] |

Where there are lowliers, there could be upliers . . . . . This is happening when 2 lowliers meet each other:Windows 10 Core x64 Edition, (10.00.10586.00) 714 Valid 3/26/16 08:37:48 3/28/16 04:06:03 27.85 122.0 / 122.0 4.38 cr/hr Windows 7 x64 Edition, SP1, (06.01.7601.00) 714 Valid 3/26/16 08:37:37 3/28/16 21:15:54 28.96 122.0 / 122.0 4.21 cr/hr |

Was going thru the 17 my my RS pages in PVal. Starting to see 176.1 as default claim instead of 122 on error wingman. Is this the new "lie to me" treat?

Looks like the CN system is applying the determined averages to new results [which means continued gravitating down]. |

Sorry for using 'droppings', which I think is a pseudonym for 'bird in flight' excrements, where guano at least is fertile.

Starting to see 176.1 as default claim instead of 122 on error wingman. Is this the new "lie to me" treat? Just noticed the new raised claim too, but for getting a 'normal' claim you should process faster than for the old claim. With the old claim the turning point on that system/benchmark was about 19 hours (see OP). Now I've to guess where the turning point is. At least lower than 18.45 hours. As what I was ranting on about earlier on in this thread, with your proficiency, suggest you test the waters and lower
<p_fpops>2588593553.718619</p_fpops> <p_iops>7945375340.226294</p_iops> And set the skip_benchmark in cc_config on the subject device [either your real or VM client], then let us know if it made a difference. Lower the value by about 30% [On total claim as computed by servers the benchmark as communicated with each report represents I seem to remember a 20% component of total 'assumed'] The above values with 2Ghz fixed and HT on gives me the ~400 claims. BTW, I also remember the shown claim is a hack-in by WCG... no other straight BOINC project has the claim shown anymore [AFAICR]. The Grant is based on current statistics where there's wingman involved. |

Just looked at my results. Allot show completed round 2 to 3 hrs. Have never seen any while crunching under 12 hrs. Something is weird. Will look at todays upload and verify as all are over 12 hrs and see how wcg determines them.

As what I was ranting on about earlier on in this thread, with your proficiency, suggest you test the waters ... I already looked at the benchmark before and the values were: fpops 3727679553.666895 and iops 9403716553.821402 I enabled benchmark in cc_config and run the benchmark check creating new figures: fpops 3366827042.225553 and iops 10067259725.117895 After 2 in progress CEP BETA's are ready or checkpointed, I'll stop BOINC, lower those values and will test again. |

I reduced the benchmarks with 30% on 2 machines, but I still see strange behavior with the claimed credits.
On the machine where I tested before, the claim is down again to 122. Drop it further on the reticent machine, and yes also saw some wingman with 122 coming through again. You need to understand that the base credit system was 'designed' by the SETI project boss... an
ingredient in there and then WCG warped it with all those outlier rules. |
