Looks like https://fightaidsathome2.cst.temple.edu/status.html donned the same progress pies as known from FA@H1. With 18 Earth revolutions on and not crunching FAH2, any sneak peek seen of 106-158?

I've seen no signs of anything 106+. My current queue of ~40 units shows an evenly populated range of batches 77 - 103.

I love their progress pies that they used in FA@H1. I'd be great if they made the pies in Phase 2 gifs like in Phase 1. It was a great idea for visual learners like myself.
----------------------------------------Side note, clicking on the "Detailed Experiment List:" for the second set of experiments showed me a text list of the WU groups. Google Chrome thought it was in another language and even "translated" the list for me. Alas, it never told me what language it thought it was. |

Hey Seoulpowergrid. I just added animated (though not gif) progress pies to the status page.
We included the experiment list .txt documents because the initial set of batches did not have serial numbers, e.g. FAH2_XXXXXX_system-name. Now that all new batches have serial numbers, is this information still relevant? What other information would you like to see on the status page? -wflynny |

What other information would you like to see on the status page? An estimated number of work units in each batch would be nice if you could swing that. Cheers

Experiments 000159-000367
Experiments 159-367 are composed of simulating a set of 209 ligands which are known to not bind well to the HIV Integrase LEDGF pocket. Performing these experiments will let us calibrate the results from previous and future simulations where ligands are strong binders. Receptor Structure: HIV Integrase, PDB 3NF8, LEDGF binding site Detailed Experiment List: Available Estimated WUs: 3,344,000 |

We've done 12,981,664 results as of last night i.e. we can make out from this that with the official
