New Beta Test for PC - March 10, 2016

We are conducting another beta test for an updated version to the test started on February 25, 2016. This version has fixes for percent complete issues as well as checkpointing issues. There are a little over 2000 workunits and the runtime is much shorter for this round. On an average computer the runtime should be a little over an hour.
