sad BOINC says suspended but Nothing is suspended
I have BOINC set to run always but it still shows processes suspended and it has been like this for days. Under tasks it says "project suspended by user". Under options it is set to run with web preferences. I have limited the preferences regularly to keep computer cool but there should be nothing holding it back.

"project suspended by user", means under the project tab in the BOINC Manager 'Advanced' view somehow WCG got suspended.
