FightAIDS@Home Researcher Publishes Recommendations to Help Establish Best Practices for Future Projects

Stefano Forli, a researcher on the FightAIDS@Home - Phase 1 project, has published a paper with recommended guidelines to help other scientists achieve success in their own virtual screening projects. He outlines best practices and addresses some of the most common issues of drug docking and virtual screening, covering the process from the initial study design to the hit identification.

Read the paper here.

That's certainly good to know, and I'm sure it'll be of benefit to others who'll traverse the same path.

As to the report itself, as I'm currently at work, I'll read it later on tonight.
