All jobs are failing with Invalid

All processing is invalid for this project with my new skylake computer. Other projects seem ok? Is this a known problem or something just with my machine? Could I be hitting the skylake bug recently found?

It's not just your problem.
It's not just a problem with FAH2 work units at MCM currently occur the same problems.
At the moment you can only wait.

^This. I also had some invalids on my Skylake (though the system hard crashed at around the same time, so I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt). As well as a task shortage.

The key continues to *appears* in the first nine (9) 10% trickles needing uploading and confirming before the 10th and final does [also see other discussions]. Yesterday, whilst the telco technicians were switching the house from ADSL to VDSL [quasi Fiber **], was off the air best part of the day. Suspended all FAH2 tasks that were close to hitting 100% while offline in that timespan, then when connecting let all buffered trickles upload before releasing these tasks to finish. They all went valid on completion. Whatever the validator issue is [compressed versus uncompressed result transmission was an issue mentioned], the final trickle does have to go up in a delayed scheduler connect, -not- in the same... but we've seen reports that result in invalid with different scenarios of interruption. Can only speak on what happened yesterday as a current experience.

** The fiber-optic line is at the main road 1.2km down the hill, and "really too far" as the TIM guy said], while they were testing the possibles and 'training' the old copper line... well now we have 14MB max according Ooklas Speedtest measuring to Toronto instead of the old 7MB stable... and for less money. The house close to the cabinet where the fiber comes up at the rail line has supposedly 58MB i.e. the degradation over the 1.2km [straight distance on map] is big over the copper tel.line.

** Called Fibre To The Cabinet (FTTC) in the UK, as compared to a real Fibre connection being Fibre To The Premises (FTTP).
How has the upload speed changed? That could be a significant improvement.

My Verizon DSL cut out last night for several hours, giving me seventeen invalids. Verizon is very spotty in my rural location so this seems to be happening on a regular basis.
