Another major breakthrough for recycling by SpaceX will hasten our way to the stars.
Well Done!

All we need now is warp drive. biggrin

I'm fortunate enough to live about 30 miles from where these launches take place. I can sit in my front yard and have an unobstructed view. The night SpaceX and ULA launches are fun to watch but they pale in comparison to the shuttle launches. Even 30 miles away they shook the house and lit up the night sky like a sunrise.

Given enough time it will get here. I wonder whether it will be named after an individual(s)/corporation who make it a reality or keep the term Warp Drive. Whatever happens it will be Spock On! if you don't mind a pun.

well they are doing it in NASA & it's called Alcubierre drive:
http://www.nasa.gov/centers/glenn/technology/warp/warp.html
why Alcubierre?
it's a physicist that proposed how to make a warp bubble to propel a space-ship...& to do it with less energy!

ion drives keep developing...

but also, soon we'll have an EM drives:

cool
