The project has been doing well... a 7 day average of 79.700 results returned per day for a 25% of the total WCG volunteered computing effort [115 runtime yrs/day mean].
Just seen a batch 104 of 106 task in the queue FAH2_000104_gl5243104_000044_0058_003_0 - (-) 0,00 0,000 01d,03:19:25 03d,11:18:15 3/10/2016 8:58:56 PM Ready to start 2 more batches and we're in the finishing cycle of the initial test series, that is, if FAH2_000106...._001_0 goes in the pipe, it's a good 3 months before _030_ or _040_ goes out [is an -ls-]. I've seen up to 105.
----------------------------------------But still getting lots of 071 (as was the case last night when I increased the buffer to get BETA and got 7 071 tasks as well). Currently have these ones: FAH2_ 000105_ gl5243106_ 000042_ 0047_ 002_ wcgfahb00050000_ 0-- FAH2_ 000104_ gl5243104_ 000020_ 0045_ 001_ wcgfahb00020000_ 0-- AMD Ryzen 5 1600AF 6C/12T 3.2 GHz - 85W AMD Ryzen 5 2500U 4C/8T 2.0 GHz - 28W AMD Ryzen 7 7730U 8C/16T 3.0 GHz [Edit 1 times, last edit by Falconet at Mar 11, 2016 9:06:26 AM] |

Nope, coincidence, could as well mean AntitiVirusXraying.
(All projects are mostly compiled according the 'lowest common denominator' principle, so most any computer can participate. Exception is UGM [Uncovering Genome Mysteries] which requires SSE2, which made it 10x faster or so, excluding only a very small number of volunteer machines). |

hmmm, the official percent went back from 3 to 2... Not going to try to comprehend, whilst the total share of crunching continues to be in the 25-26% range per https://bit.ly/WCGFAHB , left bottom.

Research Progress seems to be incrementing faster now. Was 11% few days ago, now it jumped to 19%.

No idea, just guesses, we have known work... maybe there's been 'tweaks as we see fit, but make sure to never present a consist curve'. At least the status page at https://fightaidsathome2.cst.temple.edu/status.html has not had any changes and let's call it 'test 1 group' seems to be near 100% (>98%), at this time we've done 13.56 million and there 'officially' being 13.78 million in that first set.

Last night we passed the official result count for the 000-105 first experiment set of 13,780,000, by 1,481 more. The number is presumed to have been arrived at by taking 30 * regular sequences + 40 * -ls- sequences. Soon as we hit 106+ I'd like to hear of this (not crunching FAH2 at this time).

Ah, since Saturday, the day before the last stats reported now... that was close :O)
(The mix is Spock logical since not all sequences progress equally fast... one No-Reply and already one falls 4 days behind others :O) |
