Unable To Connect To The Grid
Hi, I was getting a window saying that the program was paused. This has been going on all day. So I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it and now I get a window saying that it cannot connect to the grid. Does anyone know what my problem is and how to rectify it? Thanks in advance.

Hello Nick Stewart,

The first thing that comes to mind is the possibility that your firewall is blocking the connection. What firewall are you using? Are you connecting from home or from work? There are a number of possible problems discussed at http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/help/viewTopic.do?shortName=netconn
