well, yes they should be warned...so on next edition of WCG version of BOINC, it should have been stated!

That's right, KLiK. BOINC is WCG's preferred tool, just as QChem is the CEP2 project's preferred tool. We, the crunchers here at WCG, have no relationship with the developers of BOINC. We crunch what WCG serves us, which are the projects' work units, and we crunch it with the tools they provide, which is the BOINC software we download on WCG's site.
