Both in Firefox 41 and IE11 on W7-64. They [Help etc] are showing on the front page.

Could be there's more 'We' that need working on another related fix... Not all that wild about text with the dotted globe background shining through on the Community Statistics pages. OCR screen reading software for the visually impaired, and the daltonics might have trouble interpreting what is said.

That was quick [or it was the exiting/cleaning of the caches and restarting of Firefox]. It was the My Contrib pages BTW, not the Community Stats.
