OK with me. I will be awaiting some Linux/Windows comparisons when they come in.

From my team mates and myself I can say that running linux doubles runtime per wu... :(

I have become more interested in runtime than points or number of wu's completed but, given that a work unit takes so long, I cannot see folks for whom this metric is important staying with it for long ......and the points hounds will be leaving in droves if what we had for beta is the final points allocation system.

Yeah, I don't care on credits, too.
----------------------------------------But it's obvious that linux has much longer runtimes and that means somehow waste of energy and less efficiency. |

Are WUs being limited? I got an initial 11 and the last is now finishing. No sign of any new WUs at the moment.

Projekt runs in low priority so amount of wu is kind of limited.

I agree on waste of energy...so my Linus(es) have been under special device profile, not to use FAHB, when there is plenty of MCM, UGM (when it arrives) & FAHV around... |
