My understanding is that the current database (structure) doesn't suit the needs to store the resulting informations of ugm any longer.
----------------------------------------They are building up a new database to present these results by the end of 2015. This database will incremented with results that we deliver in 2016. My personal conclusion: UGM is on hold until end of 2015 and will continue in 2016 when the new database is up. ![]() |

Just a quick update...
No, the project definitely isn't ending. In fact, we've received the new sequences from the research team and have been preparing them to run on the grid. Initially, a small group of these will be released as beta work units and pending the results of that beta, UGM1 will continue at the same speed it has been. Initial estimates are that the new sequences will take us through batch number 28679 (batches 0 through 19109 have been run so far). The beta will begin "very soon." Seippel |
