In one of my computers, I'm getting an error with the oet1 tasks. It hands out the following message:
----------------------------------------"The instruction at 0x0134a9c7 referenced memory at 0x00000000. The memory could not be read." After that, the task just stays stuck at w.e percentage it's at, and will keep "running" until I press "OK" on the message - and when I do, it jumps up to computation error. I have no idea on when this happens, as I've never seen it actually pop up while I'm using the PC. Usually, I see the problem when I take a look on the pc when I wake up, but it isn't always happening as well. Help is appreciated. ![]() Want to have an image of yourself like this on? It did a pass, but found no errors. ![]() Want to have an image of yourself like this on? Check this thread: https://secure.worldcommunitygrid.org/forums/wcg/viewthread_thread,29840 |

Note that crunching is the hardest workout there is, where 0x00000000 is the lowest address failing on, fxffffffff highest.
----------------------------------------Pull RAM stick and reseat... for me that has returned 2 missing GBs. You did not say it explicitly, but before did that computer succeed on OET1? [Edit 1 times, last edit by Former Member at Jul 30, 2015 6:44:05 PM] |

You did not say it explicitly, but before did that computer succeed on OET1? While actually using the PC, I've never seen tasks failing. It would always crunch normally. Interestingly enough, when looking at the error code on the WU, it gives out this message (as opposed to the Windows message I see when it fails): (unknown error) - exit code -1073741819 (0xc0000005) ![]() Want to have an image of yourself like this on?
