So, I made a russian translation and put it on my channel. Here. I used *srt format, which works on youtube flawlessly. You can change between russian and english on the fly. Theoretically it should work with all languages.

Suggestion. Make translations on other languages. Suggestion is both for volunteers and employees. Volunteers can make translations. And employees can easily make a sub file via perl script (lower in this post) and then put this *srt file on official youtube channel.
