I think I may have found your problem, looking into your device profiles, you have an option selected to NOT run work on your CPU. Please go into both of your device profiles and change them to allow CPU.

This is done on the website. Go to Settings -> Device Manager. You'll see a list of your devices, click on the link for Default and Home, since you have it set for both profiles. Once you're into editing the device profile, you'll need to check on the box for custom. About 1/3 the way down, you'll see this option "Allow research to run on my CPU?" Change that to be Yes. After you change that, press save at the bottom of the page. You'll need to do this for both of your device profiles you have set.

Once this is done, the next time your agents contact World Community Grid, they'll get the new settings. It may take them two updates to actually download work.

I don't remember why it was changed or if it was changed. I bet it was part of a greater checkin of the source code, thus it will take too long to search why the wording was changed or who made the change.
