E226557_496_S.322.C37H26N6O4.IWLCVHMDUDOEHM-UHFFFAOYSA-N.8_s1_14 is erroring out also, now on it's fifth attempt. So far about 45hrs have been wasted over the first 4 machines.
How about setting the system to abort sending any more resends if only two normally reliable machines fail to complete. It wouldn't solve the problem but it would at least limit it. |

Normally complex molecules are filtered before being sent to WCG. However, there was a recent problem that allowed some more complex molecules to make it through the filters and error out on member computers. The problem that allowed this to happen has been fixed. Not all of the molecules that would result in these errors can be predicted 100% of the time, but the rate of errors should be significantly reduced now.
