In a nutshell, you decide via the device profile 'project weight' also known as 'resource share' how much work each of your projects on a node does. No need to remove projects, just suspending them is enough. If your devices do not show in device manager even with the filters set to the proposed anytime/anytime, they've likely never done work for wcg under their current installations. Give it time to show up, which is either sometime after midnight or noon, per the utc timekeeping rule, but not before work has been validated.

Maybe these accounts don't have the exact same email address or you have no 1 computer/agent that combines all 3 projects, so the cpid, cross project identification would not converge to the oldest ever generated at any of your participated projects.
