Hi,
My projects got detached automatically and could not be attached again. But they are available on the website of worldcommunitygrid.org. How do I add them back. Regards, Vamshi. |

Do not understand what you mean about 'detached' and 'attach'? WCG projects CANNOT be detached and attachedf, they are either selected or de-selected in your profile. Detach etc reffers to MAIN projects such as Einstein, Milyway, SETI, etc

Vamshi, one agent 'add on' that might be doing this is bam, boincstats account manager. If you have, somewhere at bam you have to tick the box that wcg has to be added by default. Once bam is attached to the agent, think you cannot manually add projects back. That has then to be done through bam. The added issue is that wcg is not fully enabled for third party account managers such as gridrepublic and boincstats. One thing which is said by some posters as required, till then they refuse to contribute to wcg.

WCG sort of works with BAM, actually getting it attached to the account manager takes much patience and proper planetary alignment. If you are lucky enough to get that far, the only function that will work, is attaching/detaching from your hosts.
