Probably Old News: Comcast asking for explanation before cancelling service.

Hi all,

This might be old news already, but just wanted to share the fun. I heard this one a day ago and could not believe that this was not a joke:

I don't know how the guy that called in could stand to be on the whole phone, but its 8 minutes of idiocy.
